Personal Video Options (If you are unsure which option is best for you, we are happy to advise).

1. Full Dance – Unedited
   £25 + VAT per dance
   A single, unedited clip showing your entire dance exactly as performed.
2. Creative Highlight Reel
   £40 + VAT per dance
   A short, edited highlight video (typically 15–30 seconds), featuring selected moments from your performance.
   
3. Bespoke Edited Video
   From £60 + VAT per dance
   A fully personalised edit tailored to your preferences. This may include custom music, slow motion and specific editing requests. Pricing is confirmed based on requirements.
   

Booking & Deposit

• Once your Personal Video request form is received, we will raise a sales order.
• A 50% deposit per dance is required to secure your booking.
• Your booking is confirmed once the deposit has been received, and we will notify you by email.

Filming & Refund Policy

• Personal Videos are recorded live during events.
• If we are unable to provide footage due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. technical issues, videographer availability, or event restrictions), your deposit will be fully refunded.
• As filming is live, we cannot guarantee capture in all circumstances.

Post-Event Processing & Payment

• All footage is reviewed after the event.
• If footage has been successfully captured, we will email you confirming how many videos are available and issue an invoice for the balance.
• Once full payment is received, your videos will be delivered via WeTransfer by email.

Turnaround Time

• Please allow up to 2 weeks from the date of your dance for delivery.
• If a faster turnaround is required, this may be possible subject to a surcharge (please advise us in advance).
